Our hearts are so delicate and we must guard them so very carefully. For there is an enemy out there who will try and destroy us, and sadly, using other believers to wield the sword. The writer of the proverbs had something when he said above all else guard your heart for it is the well spring of life. How easy is it for someone to say something and we let it defile our hearts, we let it defile the streams of living water that flow out from us. Like a dead sheep in a stream that poisons the flow is offense in our hearts. We are required to be so secure in who we are in Him, knowing His calling upon us, knowing what he is saying that we are not effected by lies of enemy, by the snide remarks of others. Lord hide me in your heart, let me be hidden beneath the shadow of your wings so that the fiery darts of the enemy will have no target.
